Temple of the elemental lords
You can supplement with the material in Dragon Magazine #298. And the drow city is bigger than the Aerie of the Slave Lords, but not as well detailed. However, if you do, be warned that it can take over your entire campaign, and possibly eat up multiple sessions.
Vault of the Drow is a bit more complex, and really rocks if you get the PCs involved in the internal strife and politics of the drow city. In the case of Shrine of the Kuo-toa, if the PCs keep their wits about them, are polite, and don’t attack everything in sight, they can actually waltz through the whole thing in a matter of an hour or so. Five and six, however, again involve the PCs making their way through cities. Maybe the fourth as well it’s the only one I never read or played. The first three parts of QotS is pretty much a straight-up dungeon crawl. However, you’ll be doing a lot of the work of arranging the pieces given in the book, since they only make the briefest comments about internal rivalries and factions within the city. However, it has everything you need to run almost any sort of urban adventure you prefer, from politics to economics to mystery. The original tournament use involved players searching for the Slave Lords’ hidden lair while avoiding patrols and the other dangers of the city. The third part of the Slave Lords quartet, Assault on the Aerie of the Slave Lords primarily takes place in a hidden city. There are a few investigate the village portions of ToEE, but the primary focus is on raiding the temple, which is a massive dungeon. You’ll want to flesh it out further to take real advantage of the possibilities as they relate to your campaign world. But by modern standards, it’s pretty watery stuff, given only a passing nod.
The general theme that links them all is a rivalry between Zuggtmoy (sp?) and Lolth for power over the drow, and then the world. Nor would it be hard to include a drow presence in ToEE if it’s not there, and use them to run a thread through the entire series.
I don’t remember if any drow appear in ToEE, but I do know they make a few token appearances in the Slave Lords series, included with the idea of linking them to the adventures in QotS.
